The Return and Refund policy will be applied to one of the two scenarios:
- Within 10 business days after the receipt of the item, if the buyer wants to return the chair we will cover the return shipping expense. We will refund the amount you have paid. The buyer can easily find our RMA contact detail on the last page of the User’s manual in the package. The buyer can either call by phone or email our customer service. We will send the buyer the UPS returning label and work with the buyer upon the pick-up schedule by UPS carrier.
- After the 10 business days after the receipt of the item, if the buyer wants to return the chair, the buyer has to cover the return shipping expense. The buyer has to contact the carrier to arrange the package pick up and return to us. We will then issue full refund after receive the package as what it is original shipped to the buyer. There should not be any damage or missing part of the package.
